These terms apply to orders placed with Banners.trade. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. Orders and artwork approval
You are responsible for checking all artwork, spelling, sizing and quantities before checkout. Print-ready files are processed as supplied.
2. Pricing and payment
Prices shown at checkout are the prices charged at the time of order. Orders are only confirmed once payment has been accepted.
3. Production and delivery
Estimated dispatch and delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays caused by couriers, customs, weather or events outside our control are not liabilities of Banners.trade.
4. Cancellations and refunds
Personalised printed products are made to order and may not be cancellable once production has started. Where a product is faulty or not as described, contact us and we will review and resolve promptly.
5. File rights and content
By uploading artwork you confirm you have the rights and permissions to use all content. You agree not to submit unlawful, offensive, or infringing material.
6. Liability
Our liability is limited to the order value for the affected goods, except where prohibited by law. Nothing limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
