Ordering
Choose your product, select your options, upload your artwork, and complete checkout. If you’re unsure about artwork, you can still place the order and contact us straight after — we’ll help you get it print-ready.
If production hasn’t started, we can usually amend or cancel. Once a job is in production, changes may not be possible. Contact us as soon as you can with your order reference.
Yes we do, get in touch and we’ll see what we can do with regards to rates. We’re happy to help with repeat jobs and larger quantities.
Artwork & Files
PDF is best. We can also work with common formats like AI/EPS/SVG, and high-quality JPG/PNG. If you’re not sure what you have, upload it and we’ll advise.
As a guide, aim for high-resolution artwork at the final print size (or a correctly scaled file). For large format, “looks sharp at 100%” is the goal. If you send what you have, we can check it before print.
Screens and printers display colour differently, so exact matching can’t be guaranteed. If colour accuracy is critical, contact us before ordering so we can advise the best approach.
Please proofread your artwork carefully — we print what you approve. If something looks obviously wrong (e.g. low resolution), we’ll try to flag it, but final responsibility remains with the artwork supplied.
Yes — if you need help, contact us with your requirements (size, copy, logos, images) and we’ll let you know what we can do.
Yes. We do a practical pre-press review and flag obvious file issues before production where possible.
Check final size, spelling, and key layout details. Use print-ready files where possible and include notes if anything needs special attention.
Delivery
Delivery times vary by product and workload. We’ll show delivery options at checkout where available. If you have a deadline, contact us before ordering and we’ll advise the best option.
We can ship internationally. If your destination isn’t available at checkout, contact us and we’ll provide a shipping quote.
Contact us immediately. If the order hasn’t shipped, we may be able to update the address. If it has already shipped, we’ll advise the options available.
